Diet vs LifeStyle - First week of THE BIG CHANGES...

First week of THE BIG CHANGES... I wish I could say I was so good... Guess what, I wasn't... :)
But I made some changes and it is not that hard.
My two little step was this week:
THE GARLIC AND THE LEMON
First of all Bea told me so many information about the garlic, as
THE BEST NATURAL ANTIBIOTIC...
(We don't like the chemical ones... Don't we?!)
We also know that garlic is the best blood cleanser...
Certainly we can't smell of garlic all day, every day...
Here is an advice:
-peel the garlic and cut into small pieces
-put it in a spoon and take it with a glass of water just as you would take the medicine
You don't have to chew it.
Because in the morning your stomach is still empty
it will digest the garlic straight away and it is not 'sitting' on the top of the food in your tummy,
making you smell like a food-hall ...

Second step is the LEMON:
Every morning should start with a glass of water with fresh lemon in it.
WHY???
Because lemon balances pH
and lemons are incredibly ALKALINE food.
YES, THEY ARE ACIDIC ON THEIR OWN, BUT INSIDE OUR BODIES THEY ARE ALKALINE.

I know what you think right now...
And I couldn't agree more...
I also prefer a warm chocolate croissant and a hot latte for breakfast...
But what can we do if they are just simply not good for Us?
Then -like it or not- we have to eat the garlic and drink the water with lemon...
Our body has a very weird taste... But we have to listen to it and take care of it carefully...
...beacause:
OUR BODY IS THE TEMPLE OF OUR SOUL

Spring-time renewal: 5-Days-Fat-Burner Diet

Welcome Spring, it is time for renewal...

According to the Catholics from Ash Wednesday the 40-day fast began. Is this a religious fad? Or it is much more than that?

Now we have come to the Spring. This period is the Renewal of Nature. Let's be adventures, we can learn from Nature, let's get rid of our winter-habits, work on our renewal, shall we!
To do this, the best is fasting. Of course, the question arises: How can we do it?
It really is the most difficult and if you have not started yet, we only have a couple of days left till Easter.
Fasting is the best way to get rid of toxins in the body. The longer fasts we choose, the better. As your body is experiencing a period of famine, it starts to use up all sources, it is therefore best to consume reliable product from certified organic range.

I believe that your body needs some cleansing. I do not do fasting but I do detoxifying diet at least once a year. As I mentioned above the best time to do this, is at Springtime. Of course just right before Easter so I can enjoy the lovely Easter ham on Sunday.
I would love to share a 5-Days-Fat-Burner diet  I have tried before. It is working, I promise if you follow the steps.

You can actually easily enjoy this refreshing diet, with lots of vitamins, fat-burning soups quick to prepare. Diet vs LifeStyle - diary of a life changing process

Yes... Most of women have tried differently... Ducan Diet, Sugar Free Diet, Atkins Diet and so on....
The list is endless... My name is Dorina - and I have tried approximately a 1000 different diets.
Always with great success but few months later right back to where I was before I started my diet...
I think - at least I hope - I am not the only one with the same situation...
Now I am so happy to find Bea the highly recommended Nutritional Therapist.
www.beahealthynutrition.ie
When I decided  I will work with her, she gave me some HomeWork straight away. I had to write down every single bite and sip I had for a whole week. I am sure you have no idea how much we eat a day... Try to write it down and you will be surprised how naughty we are! So I started with all the croissants and slices of breads, all the chocolate bars and the wine... I was ashamed...
Then I got the idea to share my experience with others and give them the chance to try something different.
Different... Yes! DIFFERENT!!! And this is all we need... Make changes in our life to live happily... maybe not ever but definitely longer. Because this is the real risk when we have those unhealthy habits. We go for career, go for the right partner, for the right house, for the holidays, the cars.... And we always do things for our health TOMORROW.
I've decided my TOMORROW is TODAY!!!!!
Hopefully you will find my blog useful and my experience inspiring. I will share the details of my first consultation, the changes I make in my kitchen and share new recipes I'll try! And in the end... hopefully I can share the joy of being healthy and pretty!

Special thanks to Zsolt Pall for this lovely poem on the International Women's Day

Oly sok minden az élet fáján megterem,
De egyik a férfinak áldás, kegyelem.
Tudjuk, de a mai nap mondjuk ki bátran.
Ti Nők vagytok a legédesebb gyümölcs a kosárban.

So many things grow on the Tree of Life,
But one them is the man's blessing, grace.
We know and feel, but feel free to say today,
You, Women are the sweetest fruit in the basket, always.
