How to lose 10 pounds without starving yourself?

After the Easter brake as we are back in business, we are also back in DIET-LAND... 
I got my plan from Bea.
Well... First I was shocked...
Then I started it and turns out it is not impossible and definitely not boring!! :)

HOW IS MY MORNING LOOK LIKE? 

Garlic stayed first thing in the morning. 
But the breakfast changed a lot and it is so good!
I can now choose from porridge with coconut milk, wholemeal sourdough bread and humus,
or egg- white omelette certainly with lots of vegetables. 

I love making my own humus... That is my favorite breakfast. 
You can choose one basic recipe and spice it up as you like it! 
I prefer with lots of chilly! :)

I also started to do some exercise in the morning... :) 
The scale shows -10 pounds and I happily noticed that I am getting closer to wear 
THOSE TROUSERS.
